We will keep in touch through the referencing process to let you know how your application is proceeding and update you with the progress of your application.

Upon successful referencing you will be required to pay the first month’s rent in advance along with the deposit. The deposit will then be registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme. Both payments must be received in cleared funds before we are able to complete the tenancy and give you keys to your new home.
